Arun Paul, FSA, MAAA

Arun Paul is a credentialed actuary and has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from Columbia University. He has over seventeen years of financial services and insurance industry experience and currently works at Canada Life Reinsurance as a structured reinsurance pricing actuary. Arun has experience in Reinsurance, Long Term Care, Life Insurance, and Annuities with roles in experience studies and pricing. He strives to incorporate process improvements, increasing efficiency and minimizing manual tasks. Arun is also involved in promoting diversity and inclusion efforts at Canada Life and joined SANA to raise awareness about actuarial profession within South Asian communities and to make the profession more equitable for all.
